What is Marijuana? How does it affect you? What can I do to legally cultivate, buy, and sell? Where can I find good Marijuana News Online sources?

States With CBD Regulations. Recent events such as the legalization of medicinal cannabis in eleven U.S. states has drastically changed the landscape of the cannabis industry, and consequently the makeup of the ข่าวกัญชาออนไลน์. Both recreational and medical cannabis businesses are affected by this latest development, and many cannabis companies have been dramatically affected as a direct result, as per cannabis industry news, Marijuana Moment, MedMen, are temporarily closing all operations as of July 1st, 2021, following several of their local retail outlets have been robbed, and also, unfortunately, local independent newspapers that dared to report on the raids on the cannabis industry's recreational cannabis dispensaries. The CBD laws were passed by voters in November; therefore, these raids must be seen as an unfortunate side effect of the new law.

Federal Taxes. The recent crackdown on medical cannabis companies in Colorado has resulted in several state tax sales going down, and the corresponding drop in tax revenues. While the federal government does not officially tax cannabis, many municipalities around the country do--which means citizens are now stuck with higher taxes to pay. This in turn directly decreases the amount of money that's left over for local government agencies, which directly decreases community services and infrastructure development. The Hemp lobby has been successfully fighting for state and local governments to pass legislation taxing the sale of cannabis, and more recently, the House has voted to pass a federal tax reform bill, which includes an outright ban on federal marijuana raids on medical cannabis facilities.

A New Term: Recreational Users. In the wake of all of this, and after nearly a year and a half of raids, and threats, the cannabis industry is finally beginning to refer to itself as recreational users, rather than criminals. Marijuana possession and use are still illegal under federal law, but adult use of the drug is not, and has never been, against the law. Instead of using a "weed", what we're talking about is regulated, medically recognized marijuana, which is being grown and distributed by legitimate, licensed cannabis businesses. Until such time, the federal government will continue to call marijuana "pot", even though it cannot be defined as such under current laws.

2021 - Rescheduling. It's finally time to consider the possibility of rescheduling cannabis, giving it a legal status of its own and removing it from the list of controlled substances in the Controlled Substances Act. Although marijuana has shown significant medical benefits, the scheduling debate will probably play out for another two years in Congress before rescheduling is likely to happen.

All the best states are taking a stand. Fourteen states plus the District of Columbia have already passed legislation dealing with recreational marijuana use, including Colorado, Oregon, Washington, California, and Alaska. While marijuana dispensaries can't legally sell pot under federal law, they can freely advertise it, and they can work with state government officials to establish regulated, socially acceptable places to get marijuana for anyone over the age of 21. It's the right idea, the right timing, and the perfect place for entrepreneurs to enter the new, marijuana marketplace.
